Covers integrated circuit design, layout, and verification of complementary metal oxide semiconductors (CMOSs) with use of computer-aided design tools. Topics covered are digital models, inverters, static logic gates, transmission gates, flip-flops, dynamic logic gates, memory circuits, and digital phase-locked hoops.
