Prerequisite(s): two years of teaching experience in the specialization area of the student's level I Education Specialist Credential: Mild/Moderate Disabilities (may be completed concurrently); EDUC 303A. Students develop a five-year professional development plan, complete a comprehensive and professional portfolio based on their teaching experience in a class for individuals with mild/moderate disabilities, and undergo an evaluation process. Graded Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC).
