Covers the nature and behavior of waters in geologic media; including the chemical nature of groundwaters and geothermal fluids; principles of fluid flow in sediments and rocks; chemical reactions between solutes and geologic media; geologic aspects of contaminant migration in groundwaters; behavior of geothermal fluids; elementary computer modeling of groundwater and geothermal fluid flow in geologic media.
