Readings include the works of Mexicans Reyes, Rivera, Fuentes, and Toledo and Frenchmen Artaud, Breton, Peret, and Soustelle and demonstrate the long-lived attraction between Mexico and France. Examines how artists, writers, and intellectuals are transformed by their experiences in each country.
