Advanced topics in contemporary currents in art theory and criticism. Examines the critical reception, analysis, and theoretical underpinning of works of art via selected topics from contemporary and historical issues in the visual arts. Course is repeatable to a maximum of 12 units. Cross-listed with MCS 163.
