Students work with theories and practical application of interactive didactic communication concepts. Specific topics may include critical and empathic listening, research techniques, conflict styles, emotional relationships, psychogeometrics, self-perception, proximity, ethical interaction, gender roles, non-verbal cues, and diversity issues.
