3 credit hours This course creates a vision and conceptual model of youth and family ministry primarily within a congregational setting. Students will be equipped to move from vision to action by creating and leading community building designs, developing structured learning experiences, discovering and using games and creative play, becoming acquainted with group interaction techniques, learning and applying strategic planning processes, developing an effective leadership style through the study of a diversity of models and making effective use of public relations in a ministry setting.
