3 credit hours This personal well-being course provides the students with group activities and readings regarding their values, personal communication skills, emotions, and social roles in order to understand how a healthy mind interacts with a healthy body and spirit. Students become aware of their self-concepts based upon internal reflections, personality assessments, discussions, and the observations of others. The topics covered relate to the importance of appropriate behaviors which result in personal well-being.
