3 credit hours The ROTC cadet attends five weeks of intensive leadership and management training. The training is conducted during the summer months between the junior and senior years at Ft. Lewis, Washington. The student's ability to lead his or her unit and to plan and conduct military small unit operations is thoroughly evaluated. Travel pay and salary stipend provided through the Department of Military Science. Prerequisite: DC
