This course is required of all new first year students in order to help them make a successful transition from high school to college. The purpose of the course is to help students accept responsibility for their own learning by establishing sound time management and study skill techniques. Additionally, the course will introduce college procedures activities and academic expectations at Midland Lutheran College. College support resources academic majors and the importance of the liberal arts will be covered.
