A comprehensive introduction to both the theoretical and practical aspects of the management of nonprofit agencies and institutions. An exposure to the economic and behavioral considerations, as well as the functional areas of marketing, finance, operations and strategy concerning nonprofit organizations. Case studies are used to bring out the uniqueness of the nonprofit environment and the issues managers face in this setting.
