This course, designed to serve as a capstone class for the Sport Management major, will strive to integrate all previous courses with the most current information to prepare students to enter the sport industry. Emphasis will be placed upon trends and current readings in sport management. Developing a management, professional, and personal, and personal philosophy of sport management will be covered. Additionally, resumes, job searches, graduate school programs, and entry-level job requirements and expectations for future sport managers will be addressed. Prerequisites: SMGT 113, SMGT 263, KINE 303, KINE 323, SMGT 363, SMGT 373, SMGT 383, and EDSM 413/513. Three Hours, Fall (Beginning FA-04)
