Methods and materials, including curriculum development, used in health education classes. This course is designed to provide future health educators with the latest techniques for effective teaching. Students will become competent in applying assessment strategies for the improvement of student learning. A study of state mandated assessment is included. A field experience is included in the scope of this course. Students taking this course for graduate credit must complete all graduate course requirements. Prerequisite(s): KHSC 333 and EDUC 303.
