This course explores the dynamics of individual, group, and firm behavior to provide students with the opportunity to develop broader managerial skills. Theoretical models and concepts will be evaluated in the areas of values, attitudes, personality, decision-making, motivation, communication, work teams, and leadership. Experiential exercises and case studies may be utilized to develop a broader understanding of behavior in the workplace. Prerequisite(s): MGMT 303. Three Hours, Spring
