Prerequisite: either completion of or testing out of remedial courses. This course discusses the causes of weather, the interactions between the atmosphere and the sun and the oceans. It also discusses weather instruments. Satellite and radar weather maps will be analyzed. Also discussed will be climate and climate change. This is a lecture/laboratory class.
