The course will introduce the student to the creative process of acting. Through readings, discussion, class exercises and improvisations, written analyses, scene work, and viewing live theatre performances, the student will recognize, understand, and participate in acting as an interactive and artistic expression of the human experience. Through his/her observation of and participation in this process, the student will gain a deeper awareness and appreciation of the challenge and value of acting. Two Credits Staff Both Semesters
