An overview of classroom and behavior management techniques for elementary and middle school teachers in general education settings. Course topics will include classroom organization, setting individual and group behavioral expectations, developing and implementing classroom rules and procedures, working proactively with students, and analyzing a variety of behavioral management philosophies. Prerequisites: admission to the Teacher Education program and completion of Education 280, 281, 282 and 283. Corequisites: Education 310 and 311. Two Credits Dell'Olio, Jordan Both Semesters
