A study of special topics concerning the process of evolution and its mechanisms involving both micro and macro evolution. Each year a different special topic is explored. Past examples include evolutionary molecular biology and speciation. Three lectures and one 3-hour laboratory/discussion per week. Prerequisites: all core courses in biology.
