The laboratory course introduces general protein biochemistry experiments including protein purification, enzyme kinetics, fluorescence, chromatography, electrophoresis and spectrophotometry. Laboratory, one 5-hour session per week; discussion session, 1 hour per week (42 lab hours). This course may be taken during the first half of the spring semester or during the second half of the spring semester. Prerequisite: Chemistry 311. One Credit Burnatowska-Hledin Spring Semester
