College: College of Allied Health Department: School of Nursing Credit Hours: 4 In supervised practice, the graduate nursing student will synthesize and apply advanced specialty role knowledge from practice, theory and research within a practice setting chosen by the student related to the specialty field of study. This course follows NURS 730 where a proposal for this practicum was developed and approved. The focus of this individualized practicum (300 hours) is to experientially prepare the graduate nurse for a selected advanced specialty role. Pre- Requisites: NURS 500, NURS 510, NURS 520, NURS 530, NURS 620 and NURS 730; all cognate Typically Offered Fall, Spring, Summer
