Instructors will discuss the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic mechanisms of selected therapeutic agents that have cells/tissues concentrated in the central or peripheral nervous system as their primary site of action. Additionally, these agents will be correlated with the treatment of abnormal physiological/biochemical function underlying selected, commonly observed pathologies. Pre-Requisites: PHCH 330.
