This course is designed to introduce students to different classifications of drugs, their purpose, side effects, and interactions. The students will calculate drug dosages as needed for inclusion on the CMS 1500. They will study the most common drugs according to generic and trade names, with dosage and available forms. The students will study the various routes of medication administration. Pre- Requisites: MRIS 103 & BIOL 109. Typically Offered Fall, Spring, Summer
