College: College of Technology Department: HVARC Credit Hours: 3 This course has a lecture with 2 hours. This course has a lab with 3 hours. Computer based heat-load calculations, layout, and design of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial buildings. State-of-the-art equipment will be selected for maximum energy efficiency, and annual energy profiles developed with available software. Current federal, state, local building energy codes and standards (ASHRAE) are covered. For FSU-GR students only. HVAC 341 meets the same degree requirements as HVAC 342 on campus. Requires: HVAC 330 or HVAC 331 Typically Offered Fall Only
