Introduction to the techniques involved in the strategic planning process. Students gain experience in planning a health care facility/service utilizing knowledge gained in all prior professional courses. HCSA 474 is designed to be the final course prior to the internship assignment. Health Information program students must earn "C" (2.0) or better on first or second attempt. Two unsuccessful attempts (less than "C") will result in dismissal from the Health Information programs. Requires: Co-requisite: HCSA 401 Typically Offered Spring, Summer
