This capstone course for the Technical Communication program takes an in-depth look at the technical communication profession. The seminar emphasizes the artistic and humanistic elements of document design and expression of technical information. It examines the ethics of technical communication and looks at models of technical writing. Through the seminar students prepare portfolios which contain samples of the writing, layout, and design work they have done in the classes building toward their technical communication degree. Requires: ENGL 411 Typically Offered Spring Only
