Students identify successful leadership characteristics through observation of self and others through experiential learning exercises. Students record observed traits in a dimensional leadership journal and discuss observations in small group settings. 2 hours lecture, 1 twohour activity. Corequisite: MSL 201A. Participation in a weekend exercise is optional, but highly encouraged.
