3 Semester Hours. (Also listed as PS 498.) Prerequisite: Senior Standing and Approval of Instructor. This course provides the student an opportunity to experience the theoretical concepts and knowledge obtained in the classroom. The practicum entails approximately eight hours per week of supervised field experiences in appropriate community agencies, institutions, industrial or research settings, and bi-weekly in-class seminars.
