3 Semester Hours. (Also listed as HPE 401.) This course is designed for the purpose of providing Health Education, Physical Education, Health and Wellness Management, and Public Safety techniques utilized to administer, score, and analyze the results of health science, health and safety administration, human performance, and physical education tests. A number of topics will be considered, including basic statistical concepts, techniques utilized in test administration, techniques utilized in data collection, and techniques utilized in data analysis. Field experience is required.
