3 Semester Hours. Prerequisite: HU 315 or equivalent. A continuation of Beginning Japanese Language and Culture I. This course is designed to enhance the student's ability to recognize and speak Japanese in a practical manner and to expand the student's knowledge andappreciation of Japanese culture. Emphasis is on the language skills necessary for conducting business and successful mobility in Japanese communities.
