Included are such topics as minerals, rocks, weathering, erosion, deposition, volcanism, mountain building, earthquakes and plate tectonics. The relevancy of geological processes to environmental concerns is stressed. May be used to fulfill the physical science general education requirement. Includes three hours of lecture and two hours of lab. (Fall)
