4 sem. hrs. Prereq.: MATH 118, NUTR 311, one semester of behavioral science, senior standing, and consent of the instructor. Examines in depth selected topics in nutrition. Introduces students to research methods and materials used in nutrition research. Emphasizes student initiative, participation, and leadership and expects integration and application of knowledge acquired throughout a student's undergraduate classes.
