Credit 4 This four-week clerkship provides students with opportunities to work with pediatric hematologists/ oncologists. Students gain experience indiagnosing and managing major hematologic and oncologic abnormalities among pediatric inpatients or hospital based clinics. Sensitivity to the psychosocial aspects of childhood cancer is emphasized.
