Credit 4 This four-week clerkship provides students with opportunities to work in a pediatric critical care unit. Students gain experience in the evaluation, management and performance of procedures common to the pediatric intensive care unit. Emphasis is on exposure to intense hemodynamic, fluid and electrolyte, and respiratory monitoring.
