(Perspectives I course) This course will address many of the basic concepts from single variable calculus. An intuitive approach will be used that will allow the student to explore and investigate these concepts. The emphasis in this course will be on applications of the calculus, particularly the applications of differential calculus with some time spent on the integral calculus. (Not preparation for Mth 114). Prerequisites & Notes Adv Codes: NR Prereq: 3 years high school preparation for Precalculus with a C grade or better. A TI-83 or TI-84+ calculator is required.
