This independent study requires upper-level Honors students to conduct interdisciplinary scholarly research in preparation to write the Honors Thesis. This course culminates with the successful completion of the Honors Thesis Proposal, which includes an abstract, an outline, a work schedule, and a working bibliography for the project. Students must complete this course in the semester before they enroll in HON 485W, Honors Thesis. Prerequisites & Notes Adv Codes: AFGR Prereqs: ENGW 251, ENGW 252, PHL 101, PHL 201 and one HON 5XX seminar. Credits: 1
