(Perspectives I Course for non-majors) An introduction to plants for non-majors. Students will explore propagation and structure of plants, forensic botany, economic botany, and the importance of botanical diversity. Consideration also given to other issues involving plants such as conservation, discovery of new drugs from plants, and genetic engineering. Must be taken concurrently with BIO 114L.
