Other topics include: structure, roles, and power; organizational effectiveness and change; quality of work life; and organizational problem solving and conflict management. Based upon their research and analysis, students create A development and training design for an actual organization. Prerequisites: CMGMT 3469 and CMGMT 3470 or permission of the instructor.
