3 credits This course builds upon the student's understanding of basic accounting techniques and focuses on the internal accounting processes that help managers gather and organize the information needed for making day-to-day decisions within the organization. The course introduces students to methods for analyzing, interpreting and applying financial and non-financial information such as cost accounting, break-even analysis, cost analysis and the budgetary process..
