3 credits This course combines design principles, creative problem solving, art and cultural history, and the use of the computer as A tool for creating visual art. The classes will be structured around A series of visual problems that require research, creative thinking, and computer skills. Through these exercises, students will develop personal and innovative visual thinking and problem solving skills. Projects will include both print presentation and computer presentation, and the graphic issues of both media will be constantly compared. Prerequisite: CCOMP 2540 or permission of the instructor.
