Day-to-day busy life offers the opportunity to learn skills in consensus decision making, effective and honest communication, conflict resolution, process-oriented education, facilitation, and leadership. Ongoing reflection on our contributions to the community's growth, health, and functioning challenge us to seek A balance between personal and community needs. Trust, including the honoring of our commitments to one another, emerges as A foundation of our efforts.
