3 credits Fine Digital Photography builds the foundation of skills for taking Photography into the 21st century. The course emphasizes developing fast, efficient, and consistent work in the digital darkroom, adapting concepts originating from film based shooting to a "data management" strategy. We explore,in depth, the nature of the camera RAW file. and build A powerful way of working with these files while seeing how it changes our individual photographic vision. Using the best equipment available and A deep understanding of the process, we define and explore the future of Photography. Prerequisites: IPHOT 1310 Visual Seminar II, Digital Printing I or Permission of instructor.
