1.5 credits The reductive approach to sculpture is explored in this class, working both figuratively and abstractly. The instructo selects the mediums to be used, which may include traditional mediums such as plaster, stone or wood, or more contemporary ones such as Styrofoam. Works by past and present masters are discussed. Prerequisite: IFINE 1290 or permission of instructor.
