Spring of odd years. Advanced study of product development and production incorporating technology used in the industry. Emphasis on product from concept to consumer, apparel cycles, trends, and target markets. Laboratory provides simulation of marketing a line of clothing, use of computerized and industrial equipment, as well as applicable computer software. Two hours lecture and three hours laboratory per week. Prerequisite: FCS 101.
