Emphasis is placed on leadership, supervisory styles, education,motivation and current issues facing law enforcement leaders. Emphasis is also placed on personnel recruitment, training, evaluation, promotion, grievances, sexual harassment, Equal Employment Opportunity, financial planning, budgeting and policy development.
