Spring.The course is a study of the contextualization of the Christian message within the present culture in sermons, and the placement of the sermon within the overall ministry of the congregation. Attention is given to the constructive engagement of hearers stemming from an informed theology of preaching. Prerequisite: BMIN 325 (or BMIN 329 for women) or consent of the instructor.
