This course is designed to prepare the student to teach marching band at the high school level. It is intended to provide techniques and methods of teaching, charting, and selection of marching repertoire, organizational and administrative concepts, and contemporary techniques in an area that is in a state of continual flux. Field experiences required. Prerequisite: sophomore standing or permission of instructor. Two hours.
