This course provides a link between basic language work done thus far and the increasingly diversified advanced work students will encounter overseas. The class is designed to prepare students for the academic standards and teaching style in Latin countries. Students are exposed to a variety of genres in their readings, compositions and conversation, training them to analyze and synthesize their material and learning to become more articulate in the Spanish language.
