Continuation of MUT123. Continues the study of primary aspects of tonal harmony. This course continues the study of harmony through secondary dominants and elementary modulation. Musical examples are studied for the exhibition of the concepts studied in class, and the use of masterpiece selections is employed to further the student's understanding of musical style. Prerequisite: MUT123. Three hours.
