This course explores the leader's relationship to self and the unique demands of authenticity and character in leadership. The course will present servant leadership within a study of historical and theoretical models of leadership. We will take an in-depth look at prominent biblical leaders, along with their character and attributes which made them successful leaders. Students will learn how to build community among the people they lead. Three hours.
