Provides the student with a knowledge of coaching theory, methods and strategies. This knowledge is applied to track, field and cross country. The intent of this course is to apply the skills, theories and methods needed to coach track and field at all levels. Track, field and cross country are analyzed for individual form and techniques as well as team effort. Prerequisite: KINS 330.
